Thwaite Farm Cottages are both stone built barns converted to a very high standard and situated in the small peaceful village of Thwaite in Upper Swaledale . Both cottages face south and have stone flagged areas at front & rear with ample parking for cars. Stone built walls surround hay meadows at the back of the cottages leading towards Kidson Hill giving wonderful views up the dale.

SPRINGS COTTAGE

A warm cosy cottage. Sleeps 4/5 in two bedrooms one with a double & single bed in, with separate bathroom shower over bath, and one double room with en-suite shower room. Downstairs has a large tiled entrance ideal for muddy boots and plenty of hanging space to dry coats. A well equipped kitchen / diner with microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer etc and a cosy lounge with stone built fireplace, electrical coal effect fire, beamed ceilings & patio door leading out onto stone flagged area with table and chairs, TV, DVD & Freeview box.

All electricity & heating included in rent. Full bed-linen and towels also provided.

    

MEADOW VIEW

A lovely spacious cottage with the advantage of a large ground floor en-suite bedroom with one double and one single bed, and a large walk in shower.

   

There is one double bedroom upstairs with its own separate bathroom with shower over bath. This cottage sleeps 4/5. An open staircase leading down to a tiled hall & entrance ideal for muddy boots & plenty of hangers to dry wet coats. 

Downstairs cloakroom very well equipped kitchen/diner with microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer etc. Spacious lounge with log effect electric stove. 

Double patio doors leading out to stone flagged area with table & chairs, TV, DVD, & Freeview box, oil central heating & electricity included in the rent. Full bed-linen & towels also provided.
